Returns

Simple, No Hassle Returns

All of our customized clothing is backed by a perfect fit guarantee. If you are not happy with the fit, have it altered locally and we will reimburse the cost up to $75.

Any customized product may be returned if it is deemed unalterable in order to achieve a proper fit. We can either remake the item with updated measurements or the order can be fully refunded.

Return Policy

You always get what you want

Items will be accepted for a refund if they are postmarked within 14 days of the customer receiving their order.

Please contact us before returning your product to let us know.

If the order had multiple items as part of a promotion, those items must be returned for a full refund, otherwise kept items will be charged at the full retail value at time of purchase.

Items must be unworn, unaltered and in good condition. Suitly reserves the right to refuse a refund if it believes any of these conditions were not met and will ship the product back to the customer without a refund.

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. We recommend shipping with a tracking number provided to us as we are not held responsible for lost or damaged parcels. Please mark “Product Return” on the outside of all packages. Suitly is not held responsible for duties or taxes incurred on return shipments.

Remakes

On the rare occasion your custom-made apparel does not fit and it cannot be altered, Suitly will have it remade for you. To apply for a remake, please submit a Remake Application within 30 days of your order being shipped. You will not be charged for the shipment of the remade item.

Items must be unworn, unaltered and in good condition. Suitly reserves the right to refuse a remake if it believes any of these conditions were not met and will ship the product back to the customer without a refund.

Suitly reserves the right to deny a Remake Application in instances where alterations can be done locally. Items cannot be remade based on customization changes.

Due to limited fabric supply you may be asked to choose an alternative fabric for your remake order.
